摘要：零售连锁门店经营管理是当今零售企业的重要部分，也是推动企业发展的关键因素。本文通过对相关文献的分析，总结出了优化零售连锁门店经营管理的对策。首先，要实施零售连锁门店信息化、标准化、数字化、协同化、规范化的发展战略；其次，要实行供应链重构；再者，加强人员培训及厂家服务体制搭建以及与供应方合作。最后要注重地理位置布局以及市场开发工作。

Research on the Countermeasures of Optimizing Retail Chain Store Operation and Management
Abstract: Retail chain store operation and management is an important part of today's retail enterprises, and it is also the key factor to promote enterprise development. Through analyzing relevant literatures, this paper summarizes the countermeasures of optimizing retail chain store operation and management. Firstly, we should implement the development strategy of informationization, standardization, digitization, collaboration and standardization in retail chain stores; secondly, we should carry out supply chain restructuring; thirdly, we should strengthen personnel training and build manufacturer service system as well as cooperate with suppliers. Finally, we should pay attention to geographic location layout and market development work.
